Approach

How institutional capital gets into private companies.

The best venture-backed companies now compound privately for a decade or more. We work across that whole arc — from founders raising their first institutional capital to the secondary market where late-stage ownership changes hands.

01

Primary rounds are spoken for

The largest rounds are pre-allocated to existing holders and a short list of strategic capital. New money is not invited, regardless of size.

02

Transfer is restricted by design

Rights of first refusal, transfer consents and tight cap tables mean a willing buyer and a willing seller still cannot trade without a process.

03

The secondary market clears it

Direct transfers, structured vehicles, forwards and company-led tenders. This is the entry point, and where we operate.

04

We back founders from the start

We work directly with early-stage founders raising primary capital, connecting them to institutional and private wealth investors from our network.

Coverage

Across the private lifecycle.

Access fails for a different reason at every stage. Each one needs a different tool.

EARLY GROWTH LATE Seed Series A Series B Series C Series D Series E Pre-IPO IPO Illustrative. Stage boundaries vary by company.
Early Seed – Series B

We source the scarce.

Early names rarely trade at all. Access is relationship-sourced, not screened — proprietary founder and seed-fund flow.

Growth Series C – E

We solve the structure.

Restricted names cleared through structured liquidity, negotiated transfer and purpose-built vehicles. Sellers need an engineered exit, not a listing.

Late Pre-IPO

We bridge the IPO window.

Buy-side pre-IPO growth equity; sell-side liquidity ahead of a lock-up. An exit without waiting out the lock-up.

Counterparties

Who we work with.

A two-sided desk. Some counterparties come to us holding a position they need to move; others come looking for entry into a name that is closed. We work with both, and treat every relationship as confidential.
